4. What does the price depend on? Pricing is mainly influenced by the size and attendance of the event, venue characteristics (indoor/outdoor), the amount of equipment and staff required, duration, and extra needs (rehearsals, multiple locations, break-out rooms). We price according to needs, balancing the "sufficient" and the "necessary," and offering extra options.
5. How far in advance should I book the date? The sooner, the better. Our capacity fills up quickly during peak seasons. If it’s urgent, it's best to call – we’ll do our best to help! :)
6. What do you need from me for a quote? The most important details are: date, duration, venue name/address, attendance, type of event (conference / corporate / concert / private), program schedule, and a floor plan.
7. Who helps with the planning? I don’t understand AV. That’s exactly why we are here. You don’t need to "ask in technical terms" – just tell us what kind of experience you want, and we will translate it into AV and guide you through the decisions.
8. How long does setup and breakdown take? It depends on the technical content. A small setup is quick; a complex system may take several hours or even a rehearsal day.
9. Do you handle outdoor events? Yes. Safety, securing equipment, cabling, and weather plans are especially important outdoors. We always discuss alternative solutions (roofing, relocation, Plan B) in advance if the weather is risky.
10. What happens if something fails on-site? We always try to prepare with backups. Our warehouse is within an hour's reach of most Budapest venues – we do everything to replace equipment or cover extra needs.
11. Do you provide technicians for the event? Yes, in most cases, we provide services with staff. Often, it's not the tool that matters, but how it's used.
12. Can you use the venue’s equipment? If the venue has a built-in system, we try to integrate it with our own, though venue gear can sometimes involve compromises. We usually recommend getting everything from one source for consistency.
13. What do you need from the venue (power, loading, parking)? Generally, the following are important:
- Adequate power supply and distribution
- Access/loading routes and parking
- Entry times and opening hours/rules
- A technical contact person at the venue (if available)
14. Can you work with performers' technical requirements (riders)? Yes. If there are performers (band, host, DJ), please provide their technical riders in advance. We will include these in the quote and provide the gear along with our other equipment.
15. How do payment and invoicing work? In most cases, via bank transfer with an 8–15 day payment term.
16. What are the cancellation or modification terms? These are subject to the specific agreement between the two parties.
17. Can you provide a site visit or consultation? Yes, in most cases, we recommend a site visit because visualizing the event on-location often raises important questions.
